De Bakkerswinkel / This means ‘The bakery store’. They have amazing pie’s and scones. Meanwhile this place is famous for their delicious high tea’s. It is even possible to get a take away high tea called ‘Old bakery high tea to go’ at the Warmoesstraat 133 for 16,50 per person. They also have breakfastboxes for 8 euro and lunchboxes for 11,50 euros.

De Drie Graefjes / This place is famous for their huge pieces of pie! They offer 3 different kind of high tea’s. A variation of home made product from The American Bakery. Fresh scones with clotted cream and home made jam and a teapot with the famous Dilmah tea for 15 euros per person. Or try the savoury high tea with mini sandwiches, quiches, home made soup, cupcakes, scones, brownies and pie’s also served with home made products for 23 euros per person. Make a reservation in advance on the website or call them. The place is small but very cosy.

C-taste / Eating in the dark on Sunday afternoon. Savoury and sweet dishes served with tea and coffee. From 12 until 15h. Make a reservation in advance for 20 euros per person and have an amazing experience in the dark!

Amrath Hotel / Take all the time you need in the afternoon to enjoy sweet and savoury bites. Choose from a wide assortment of luxury teas and marvel at the magnificent Amsterdam School interior of the Scheepvaarthuis. What a perfect way to indulge yourself. They serve the high tea from 12.30 am to 5.30 pm in their bar lounge. Reservations can be made up to 4.00 pm, which is the latest to start your high tea. They offer the high tea for 35 euros per person.

Perfect for two people or for a large group, with or without a museum visit, each High Tea is a celebration. Our High Tea is one of the best in Amsterdam and the location is beautiful. High ceilings and old interior wil give you the feeling you are a princes going back in time. They serve two different kind of high tea’s. I would advice to combine it with this great museum!

High Tea Hendrikje: An accessible two-course High Tea, starting with a selection of savoury snacks and sweet delicacies and finishing with scones with Devonshire clotted cream and jam. They serve a special tea to match each course. €21.50 p.p. €29.50 p.p. including entrance to the museum (€21.50 p.p. with a national museum pass)

Café de Waag / Beautiful building!!! There’s a part of Amsterdam that never sleeps: Nieuwmarkt. In the middle stands the Weigh House or Waag. Originally built in 1488, this characteristic monumental structure now houses Restaurant-Café In de Waag: the ideal place in the heart of Amsterdam for a high tea. This magnificent historic building with its constrained yet informal interior design is lit by 300 candles. Gartine Amsterdam / This place is in the middle of the centre, but is a very quiet location. A perfect spot to have a delicious high tea and relax. They serve four different kind of high tea’s with sweet and savoury small snacks like home made soups, cocktail made from lavender lemonade, small sandwiches, quiche from their garden, cupcake with home-made jam and cream, choux pastry filled with a salmon cream etc. All served with a pot of tea. Price between €18,00 p.p. – €25,00 p.p. They get some of their fresh ingredients out of their own kitchen garden near the Flevopark. Make a reservation in advance and check their website to see the different high tea menu’s.

Letting / Here they serve two kind of mini high tea’s. You can choose between a savoury or a sweet high tea for less then 10 euros. Or you choose the big royal high tea with everything combined for €25.00 p.p., but you need to make a reservation in advance. Very homely atmosphere!

Krasnapolsky / In the heart of Amsterdam you will find the Grand Café Krasnapolsky on the Dam square! Their Afternoon Tea is accompanied by recommended tea or tea of your choice. The Afternoon Tea starts with traditional homemade scones, a hors d’oevre from the counter, and mini sandwiches.
